Hi,

There is a new release of AceWiki:

   http://attempto.ifi.uzh.ch/acewiki/

It can be downloaded as a part of the Attempto Java Packages:

   http://attempto.ifi.uzh.ch/site/downloads/

The changes are the following:

- There is now an Ant script to create the WAR-file that is needed to run AceWiki on a server. An
exemplary web.xml-file has been included that parametrizes the AceWiki application.
- Documentation has been added describing how to get AceWiki running.
- A warning message has been added to the user interface in order to cope with a frequent problem:
Our evaluation showed that users often state sentences starting with "a ..." when they should say
"every ...", e.g. "a mammal is an animal" instead of "every mammal is an animal". Now, the AceWiki
editor detects such "a ..."-sentences when they are created and asks the users whether it should be
rather "every ...".
- A bug in the chart-parser module has been fixed. Some forms of long but syntactically correct
sentences were rejected before.
- AceWiki is now more tolerant to sentences that do not comply with the grammar. However, this
should never occur if the data on the server is untouched.
- The individuals in the individuals tab were sorted incorrectly in the case they had an
abbreviation. This is now fixed.

Cheers,
Tobias
