Abschnitt 2.1: Überblick
--------------------------------
Die Forschung der Attempto Gruppe konzentiert sich auf die Entwicklung  
der Sprache Attempto Controlled English (ACE), auf den Bau von  
Softwarewerkzeugen für ACE und auf Anwendungen von ACE. Im  
Berichtszeitraum gab es folgende Forschritte:

- Version 6 von ACE
- Version 6 des Attempto Reasoner RACE
- Version 2 des semantischen Wiki AceWiki
- Version 1.2.15 des Ontologie- und Regeleditors ACW View
- folgende Software wurde der Öffentlichkeit als Quellcode mit einer  
GNU Lesser
   General Public License (LGPL) zur Verfügung gestellt: ACE Parsing  
Engine (APE), Attempto Java Packages, AceWiki
- zusätzlich zu den Attempto News, die über RSS bezogen werden können,  
gibt es
   nun eine Attempto Mailing LIste
- die Kooperation mit der Yale University im Bereich Medizininformatik  
(Projekt
   ERGO) wurde wie geplant weitergeführt
- der Workshop on Controlled Natural Language CNL 2009 wurde  
vorbereitet; 31
   eingereichte Veröffentlichungen wurden vom Programmkomite begutachtet
