[Attempto] anaphoric reference range limit

Hi,

I have a short text - see at the end marked as <<bad text>>.
B5633 is introduced in statement #1 and is not "visible" in statement #16:(
i.e. "The definite noun phrase 'the publication' does not have an antecedent
and thus is not interpreted as anaphoric reference, but as a new indefinite
noun phrase."
It is not too far from my point of view.
If I delete all but one attributes of B5633, reducing length to 10
statements between then B5633 becomes visible!
To say frankly I thought that visibility area is whole text.
What is an actual limitation for distance between introduction and usage
points?
