[Attempto] CNL Manifesto: Consolidation Phase

Hi everyone,

More than one month ago, we started the brainstorming for the Controlled Natural Language Manifesto. 
Many ideas have been collected. I think that it's a good time now to close the brainstorming phase 
and to start with the "consolidation phase":

Everyone working on controlled natural languages is invited to contribute, also those who did not 
participate during the brainstorming phase. Send an e-mail to tkuhn at ifi.uzh.ch to be added to the
