[Attempto] CNL Manifesto

Hi everyone,

We, the members of the Attempto group, thought that the Workshop on Controlled Natural Language 
(http://attempto.ifi.uzh.ch/site/cnl2009/) would be a good opportunity to come up with a general 
definition for controlled natural languages. For this reason we set up a collaborative Google 
document with a draft of a "Controlled Natural Language Manifesto":

Everyone working on controlled natural languages is invited to contribute - even if not 
participating at CNL 2009. Send an e-mail to tkuhn at ifi.uzh.ch to be added to the collaborators list 
of the document.
