[Attempto] AceWiki 0.4.0 Released

Tobias, this is great news!  I am very happy you are able to find the time
to continue to improve AceWiki.  At some point in the future I hope to be
able to make a contribution myself, but my time and energy has been diverted
for the time being.  Please keep up the good work.  It is appreciated!
