[Attempto] source code for ch.uzh.ifi.attempto.ape

Hi Ken,

The source code of the APE Java Interface is contained in the Attempto 
Java Packages, see further down on the Attempto download page:

   http://attempto.ifi.uzh.ch/site/downloads/

The latest version of the Attempto Java Packages still contains AceWiki 
and the ACE Editor, but future versions won't.
