[Attempto] problem with large lexicon

Rainer, I think you mistakenly sent this only to me and meant to also send
it to the Attempto mailing list, so I am sending my reply to the list as
well as to you.

I am currently running on a Windows box, but if I were running a Unix
variant it would be Ubuntu.  I think Ubuntu is a wonderful example of the
ability of an open-source community to create top-notch software.  The
Ubuntu project is actually hosted on Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu),
the same site that Tobias chose to host further AceWiki/Ace Editor
development.
