[Attempto] using clex lexicon in ACEWiki , etc

It has nothing to do with licenses. AceWiki simply does not support 
import from the ACE lexicon format (e.g. clex). The reason is that 
AceWiki does not support all word classes supported by ACE. Furthermore, 
with the ACE lexicon format you would not be able to import wiki 
articles but just the words. For these reasons, AceWiki has its own 
import/export format ("AceWiki data format"). There is no documentation 
of this format yet, but it should be quite self-explanatory. You can 
have a look at this format by using the export feature of AceWiki (on 
the client side). The README-file explains how to import it on the 
server side.

This means that all entities (i.e. words) and statements have been 
loaded. With larger ontologies this can take a couple of minutes.
