[Attempto] SWI-Prolog: [FATAL ERROR: Saved state has incompatible VM signature]

Hello,

I had Windows XP on x64 machine and Attempto was working fine.
Now I upgraded to Windows 7 on the same machine and had to reinstall
SWI-Prolog (my Attempto install was backed up so I just copied them
back),
and I am getting

SWI-Prolog: [FATAL ERROR: Saved state has incompatible VM signature]

I have tried installing several different versions of SWI and can't
get rid of it.
Initially I was working within an IDE, and thought this could be due
to some problems with IDE setup, but then I tried command line:

> ape -text "What is my name?"

and got the same error.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
