[Attempto] Problem with If - then construction .

Another option is to write :
If a process of Fulfillment is completed then Accounts ' s supplier
initiates a process of Freight's billing.
which produces the paraphrase : "If a process of Fulfillment is completed
then a supplier of Accounts initiates a process of a billing of Freight."
