Formally "each of" requires a singular verb, but informally some people use the plural verb. This is motivated by phrases like "Each of the boys have their own room." instead of the grammatically correct "Each of the boys has his own room."

The ACE parser uses the grammatically correct form, i.e. "each of [plural noun] ... [singular verb form]".
