[Attempto] Mapping Attempto to upper ontologies

I'm doing something similar at the moment; trying to build a translator
from APE DRS into CycL and IKL.

Associating objects, etc. with collections, individuals and predicates is
easy enough if the concept is known and the lexical mapping is in the kb.
ACE doesn't need to be that involved, and guessed lexical terms may not get
as much win from opencyc as they would from research cyc due to the limited
number of axioms exported.

There's not much of ontological significance (apart from undoing some of
the reification which can be handled by the quasi-HOL, and figuring out
what named(_X) commits to).

Also, working with JPL prolog terms and sexprs in java is far more
annoying than it should be. I am tempted to do more of the work in prolog
or lisp, but the APE java api needs some love, so I'm making myself do it.

I expect I will discover that I should have used a lot of code from the
wiki parser...
