[Attempto] Docker for AceWiki

Hi all,

For those of you interested in AceWiki and working with Docker, I 
created a Dockerfile to create a container running AceWiki:

You can also find the image on Docker Hub: 
https://hub.docker.com/r/tkuhn/acewiki/

I am still very new to the Docker technology. I basically used AceWiki 
to try it out, but there are many things to improve. I'll try to find 
time soon to work a bit more on it (include external reasoners, cover 
AceWiki-GF, etc.).
