[Attempto] acewiki working on Win7

I seem to have acewiki working on Windows 7 with 64bit swi-prolog, latest JPL.  
I could upload my pages of notes but much better would be to bring AceWiki and maybe APE up to date with the latest JPL, and include it if possible.  Looking forward to working together.
