[Attempto] Q: "ape -solo owlfsspp" output structure

Thank you Norbert,

but
- I am not sure that this is a bug. May be this is just a feature;) It would
be nice to get feedback from Kaarel.
- I am not fixed on FSS. I just like it more than RDF/XML for further
transformation, I'd like to tell about in different thread.
- I have two more request for ACE2OWL. So may be it's better to keep them in
bundle.
- I do not use Prolog. Well may be it's time to, as we have only 100Kb of
code;)

So I am switching back to RDF/XML.
