[Attempto] AceWiki Install Problems

Hey!

We have a problem setting up AceWiki!

We are using XAMPP at a Windows workstation.

We have done following steps:

Ace compiled
War File created
Prolog installed
JAVA_OPTS in /tomcat/bin/catalina with -Djava.library.path=C:\Program
Files\pl\bin extended
Ape installed
PATH variables in Windows added
in web.xml path of ape.exe changed
again WAR file created
war file in /tomcat/webapps
war gets executed and builded correctly

Called page in browser:
HTTP Status 503 - This application is not currently available

Thats the error we get. We don't know what we have done wrong. In the 
tomcat manager the application also doesn't appear. The log files are empty.
