[Attempto] problem with -uri parameter in ape.exe : URI ending in #

Is this normal ?

ape.exe -solo owlxml -uri 'http://test.net/test.owl#' -guess -text 'If
someone studies a subject S then S has an interest .'

the point is the base uri; It produces in the OWL/XML output lines like :

<Class IRI="http://eulergui.sourceforge.net/engine.owl##subject"/>

these are URI's with ## which OWL API dislikes .
