[Attempto] problem with -uri parameter in ape.exe : URI ending in #

Hi Jean-Marc,

I think you just have to drop the # at the end of the URI you give to 
the ape.exe command, i.e. 'http://test.net/test.owl' instead of 
'http://test.net/test.owl#':

ape.exe -solo owlxml -uri 'http://test.net/test.owl' -guess -text 'If 
someone studies a subject S then S has an interest .'
