[Attempto] Ape parser anaphor warnings

ape webclient:

if you paste the following sentence into the APE webclient you will get 3
anaphor warnings

p:NFPA-13 is a standard that contains the guidelines and the requirements
for the installation of a n:sprinkler-system.

I'm concerned there is a better way to formulate my sentence because of
these warnings. Is there some sentence construction best practices I'm
missing?
