[Attempto] Ape parser anaphor warnings

If you remove the 'the' in your sentences, you don't have warnings :

p:NFPA-13 is a standard that contains guidelines and  requirements for an
installation of a n:sprinkler-system.

APE understand that there several guidelines and requirements/

Before :
object(B,guidelines,countable,na,eq,1)-1/14,
object(F,requirements,countable,na,eq,1)-1/19

After :
has_part(E,named(guidelines))-1/'',
has_part(E,named(requirements))-1
