[Attempto] Documentation of ACE LexEdit?

Good Evening,

is some sort of documentation available for LexEdit, the lexical editor 
as sketched in

* Alexandra Bünzli: 'AceLex -- Lexikon für Ace' (2003/2004), section 
2.4.1 (fig. 2.2) ?

This is (or: was) the TUI editor which runs in the Prolog REPL, not one 
of the graphical editors as provided as part of AceWiki or the APE 
Web-Interface.

I was unable to locate any source code related to that TUI lexical 
editor in the github repository.

So, was this editor removed from the project at some time?
